SIT DOWN WITH THE JUDGES

"Lisa Saline required all AmeriCup judges to pass her Judge Certification Program. The JCP offers an easy to learn, universal scoring system that requires the judge to make an accurate record of each performance's strengths. It also provides a framework for discussion with coaches and directors afterwards which each AmeriCup offers. Imagine sitting down face-to-face with the judges and getting feedback immediately after competing. Talking with the coaches is my favorite part of judging.
